You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. depobos will not be liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Depobos supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other approved digital wallets. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance review. Depobos reserves the right to request supporting documents such as bank statements or proof of identity before approving large withdrawal amounts. • Attempted money laundering through the platform

If your account is terminated for a valid reason (not due to a violation), any eligible cash balance in your account will be returned via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to standard AML review.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

Depobos provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis (as-is). While we always strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors.

• Depobos is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform.
• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or government actions.
• Game results that have been calculated and confirmed by our servers are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of technical issues on your end.

Depobos reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except for amendments related to security or legal requirements, which may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Depobos platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you are entitled to close your account without penalty.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Depobos holds its operating license. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support channels will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
